Account Information: Email address, username, display name, and password hash when you register. If you use Google SSO, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers for security and analytics purposes.

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Platform; (b) personalize your experience through the momentum and gravity systems; (c) process transactions on The Exchange; (d) communicate with you about your account; (e) enforce our Terms and policies; (f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (g) improve and develop the Platform.

ROSLO's momentum algorithm uses your engagement data (likes, comments, shares, time spent) to calculate content ranking and your gravitational pull. This data is processed to serve your experience — not to sell to advertisers. Your momentum score is visible to you and influences what content surfaces in your feed.

We do not: (a) sell your personal data to third parties; (b) serve targeted advertising based on your data; (c) read or analyze the content of your private messages; (d) share your data with data brokers; (e) use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.

We may share your information with: (a) service providers who help operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, security); (b) law enforcement when required by valid legal process; (c) other users, to the extent you make information public through your profile or posts.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

We will take prompt steps to investigate and, where appropriate, delete the child's account and any personal data we have collected.

9.3 Minor Users (Ages 13–17). If you are a parent or guardian who has consented to a minor's use of ROSLO, you are responsible for monitoring the minor's online activity and interactions on the Platform. We encourage parents and guardians to maintain open communication with minors about safe and responsible use of social media.

9.4 Evolving Regulations. We recognize that laws governing children's online privacy are evolving rapidly across states, countries, and regions — including in the United States and the European Union. We are committed to complying with applicable laws and will update our policies and practices as new requirements take effect.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
