Data Preservation
Law enforcement may request that ROSLO preserve user data pending the issuance of formal legal process. Preservation requests must be made in writing and specify the user accounts and data to be preserved. Preserved data will be maintained for 90 days, renewable upon request.
User Notification
Unless prohibited by law or court order, ROSLO will notify users when their information is requested by law enforcement. We believe in transparency and will advocate for our users\u2019 right to know when their data is sought.
International Requests
International law enforcement requests must be made through a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) or other valid international legal channel. We comply with applicable international data protection regulations.
Reporting Crimes on the Platform
If you encounter content that constitutes a crime (child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats of violence), please report it immediately through the Platform's reporting tools. We proactively report CSAM and imminent threats to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required.
Content Removal Requests
Law enforcement may request removal of content that violates applicable law. Requests should specify the content, the legal basis for removal, and the jurisdiction. We review all requests and comply where legally required.
Transparency
ROSLO is committed to publishing periodic transparency reports detailing the number and types of law enforcement requests received, and how we responded. We believe accountability builds trust.
