1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ROSLO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ROSLO. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on ROSLO. By posting, you grant ROSLO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Platform; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (f) use the Platform for spam, phishing, or fraud; (g) harvest user data without consent; (h) circumvent any content moderation systems.
6. The Exchange (Marketplace)
Products listed on The Exchange are sold by individual sellers, not by ROSLO. ROSLO acts as a marketplace facilitator. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved between the parties. ROSLO may intervene at its discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The ROSLO name, logo, design language, and all associated trademarks are the property of ROSLO. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission. The Platform's source code, design, and architecture are proprietary.
8. Platform Changes
ROSLO is a living platform under active development. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but reserve the right to iterate freely.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROSLO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ROSLO in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ROSLO operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
